If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you regarding the available resolution, which may include modifying the order where agreed, canceling the unavailable item, or issuing an applicable refund.
6. Pricing, Currency, and Checkout
Prices may be displayed in United States Dollars (USD) or another supported currency depending on the market or currency selected on our website.
The applicable transaction currency and final amount payable will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

7. Orders and Order Review

Before an order has shipped, you may request a change to an item, size, color, or other available option. Requested changes are subject to product availability and the status of fulfillment.
Cancellation requests may be accepted before an order enters processing or fulfillment. Once processing or fulfillment has begun, cancellation is not guaranteed and may no longer be possible.
These operational rules concerning pre-shipment changes and cancellations do not limit any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, return, or other consumer rights available under applicable law.

Payment methods currently available to a customer are displayed during checkout.
Payments must be successfully authorized before an order can proceed to processing.
Payments are processed through Shopify and applicable supported payment providers. Amenude does not directly store complete credit or debit card numbers in its own website systems.

10. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped according to our Shipping Policy.
Any delivery dates or transit times presented by Amenude are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Actual delivery may be affected by carrier operations, weather, customs or border processing where applicable, address issues, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information during checkout.
Where tracking is available for an order, tracking information will be provided after shipment.

This section does not require a consumer to compensate Amenude for losses that are caused by Amenude or that cannot lawfully be imposed on the consumer.
